What's a doula?
A doula is a professional trained in childbirth to advise, inform, and provide physical, mental, emotional and spiritual support to a mama throughout her pregnancy until after she gives birth.

About me
Hello!
My love for birth and calling to be a doula came shortly after my first pregnancy with my daughter, River. Ever since then, I have been so passionate about being a doula! My approach to doula work is rooted in the fact that I believe every mama should feel heard and empowered wherever she chooses to give birth.
When I'm not doing birth-y things, you might find me hangin' out with my wonderful husband, chasing down my three kiddos, taking pictures, or spending time at the beach.
